Setup an HD224 with BSN.Cloud last month. Working great. Now receiving white (blank) screen. Have formatted sd card, etc. Same issue.

What happens after player startup? Does it go directly to the white screen?
More info would be helpful such as:
Firmware (OS) version
Publish method
BrightAuthor version
Are you using Content Cloud?

Info My whole system went down. Having the same problem. has been working great! I have 4 XC4055 units and 2 of the 4 screens on each player all went WHITE. I can not get them to display anything. Reset everything, uploaded different content and nothing. Still WHITE!!! I cant seem to get any help.
