Manually adding Unit: Brightsign is already in list ..

I'm using BA connected 1.7.17

2 players are missing from the publish  list ( 13 are showing  in Local Network window)

I f I try to manually add a new one with IP adress (Add Local Network Unit) , all i have is "the bright sign is already in the list of bright sign devices"

Context:

-I'm new with Brightsign 

-brightsign players are on a "not internet connected network"

-my computer is on another network (so no Bonjour protocol is working)

But I can use them ... when they are on the list ...

    The list of local networked brightsigns are listed by the Name of the brightsign as set when you configured it. Its possible to have more than one Brightsign listed with the same name. Hover your mouse over each name to bring up the Brightsigns IP address in a tooltip.

    If you enabled DWS when configuring your Brightsigns, you can open a web browser and navigate to the brightsigns IP address where you can see the Brightsgins name directly. This should cut down which entries yuo need to double check in the list.
