NEC M551-PCAP touch screen

Hello,

someone used this display model with a XT1144? It works fine with a HD1024 and touch functionality, but not with the XT1144.

    Thomas,

    All I can suggest is to check the Brightsign’s logs using the Diagnostic Web Server. Look for a USB enumeration error. Also look for the word roTouchScreen.

    Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable while the Brightsign is powered up (at least 2 minutes of uptime to be safe) to generate some logging events.
