NO HDMI OUTPUT HD1024

Hi there,

Just a day back 1 of my HD1024 player stop giving HDMI output which was running well a day before, some how it still give audio out as usual, The worst part my projector stopped recieving signal as well. Even I plug my laptop direct it doest detect any signal to it, I have tested the player with other projectors still no HDMI and yes we have audio output as usual. Have anyone here faced this before, can a player to projector or projector to player can malfunction the HDMI connection? have anyone faced this before ? thanks in advance.

    A couple of quick checks to try first:

    - Have you tried a different HDMI lead in case that is at fault

    - When you boot the player do you get the splash screen? If you do this is likely to be project related

    - In your project are you enabling monitor power save mode for the video? This will disable the video output

    - Have you changed the media recently to a format that is unsupported:

    - Is there anything in the log file to suggest the cause?

    - Is the Brightsign located somewhere where it can incur environmental damage i.e: high humidity, water ingress , etc

    - Is it still under warranty?
