xd 234 HTML issues

Hi,
I have deployed eight xd234 in a building that I have used to display information reflected from our occupancy system. I created a zone and added the HTML widget and added the URL. Generally these are working fine, however randomly they will change the formatting of the page - including the font. They will also display incorrect information. After about a minute or two the player will correct itself. I have tried using a higher speed sd card, replaced the CAT6 cable and uploaded the ttw file to the sd card. Any advice on what to troubleshoot next would be welcome.

    I observed the issue at 10:11am this morning(EST). The sign appeared to stop refreshing the page. I have two signs on that floor that I can see and a separate site for our mobile app version and the data changed on two but the one stopped. The BrightSign held the same data for approximately 2 minutes then posted a version with different font and the scaling of the page off the screen/zone. It then displayed incorrect data in this skewed format for two more minutes then the player rebooted and corrected itself. Image_01 shows the correct data displayed on a different sign, Image_02 shows the correct data in the app view, Image_03 shows the data hung on the problem sign, Image_04 shows the player scaling incorrectly and blank data(this occurred for about 10 seconds), then Image_05 shows the skewed page with incorrect data, Image_06 shows the sign on the opposite wall with the correct data verifying the data being presented on the problem sign is incorrect, Image_07 shows the sign after it rebooted itself after displaying the incorrect data for 2 minutes or so.
