RS-232 control of HDBase T Matrix from Monoprice

I have a HDBaseT 4x4 Matrix from monoprice that I need to change inputs on from an XD1030. I have the Hex Codes but I cant get it to work. I have tried a null modem cable. I have tried every syntax of the Hex Codes (0xFE, FE, \FE, \xFE)

Nothing will work. Please help

  You should convert hex to decimal and send decimal values separated by comma. See this FAQ:
