Hello Support team,

We would seriously like to use 4K242 for decoding 4K-HEVC in DASH format.

As we recently have many demo request as a 4K ENC&DEC integrator.

We've confirmed both 4K HEVC decoding in TS and HLS format.

And have read your InfoComm 2014 news archive about 4K+DASH.

Please let us know how to set URL/Address or any options ?

We're using both Harmonic and Elemental 4K encoders for encoder side.

    You can use brightauthor fotware for playing back streams. What specific options are you trying to set that you're having problems with or have questions about? There's an mpeg stream/video stream widget in brightauthor that you can drag into a playlist and then paste in your url for playback.

    What we like to do is very simple.

    - Live http feed into 4K242. No playback of other trick play required.

    - HEVC 3840x2160 60P decoding

    We've used "non-interactive" Video Stream ICON.

    Then putting URL. HLS and UDP based 4K works perfectly.

    But in case we put Mpeg-DASH manifest URL there (both HD and 4K cases),

    4K242 just shows black frames.

    Please let us know how to put URL for DASH.
