HELP PLEASE!!! keep getting err = 0x1b024014, errno=0

This is now my third Compact Flash card to try and get my HD600 upgraded with the latest firmware. My first one was a memorex card and now this was in a MR. Flash (64mb). Everytime the product boots I get the following when looking at at he serial screen.

oku> rebootÿtmFat32_Init() failed with err = 0x1b024014, errno=0

I have even tried an a 2gb SD card from Kingston formated as fat 32 and get the same above error. Any ideas? Better yet is there a way to perform an upgrade via a serial cable (xmodem) or something? thanks!!

    Travis,



    It's having a problem reading your CF card. It look slike your unit has very old firmware.  The HD600 doesn't support SD cards, only compact flash.



    The update must be done from the CF card, so what we need to do is get a more common CF card to try like a sandisk or lexar. Once the firmware is updated, you should be able to use these other cards for playing back content.



    Also, please verify the compact flash cards have been formatted as fat32.

    Fair enough. I just ordered a 256mb sandisk CF card.  Will try once I get it.
