HD2000 problems

We recently purchased a HD2000 for use at our State Park. I upgraded the software to v. 2.0.94 and was able to successfully play the Demo. However, while customizing the demo, something happened. Now, even with no data plugged into the machine, there is no Logo on the screen.
I had read that the machine remembers its last video mode, so I updated the demo to reflect the screen resolution. Still nothing.

Am I missing something here?

    I didnt have a comma between VIDEOMODE and the resolution. Added one and problem solved.

    You can edit the interactive playlist using any spreadsheet program as well. Then, instead of editing it as a text file you can view it in grid form.
