Networking Issues
I have connected the brightsign HD2000 box, updated the firmware, and ran a few playlists and scripts fine. However now I tried to get the network working and am having issues. I contacted the administrator and got all of the information to manually set the IP info (necessary on our network) and the manual IP script from Roku said it was successful. I put the "Connect to Roku's Test folder" files on the card and when I start up nothing happens. I took the card out and put it in my computer and found that the "pool" folder is still empty and also that no log file had been generated. As a result I am at a loss for why the network is not working.
