HD2000 setup problems

I have a clients HD2000 unit and have tried everything to get it to work, first with the clients content and then I tried the Comix Demo downloaded from here, and even that does not work.

Upon powering up, it will cycle through all the connections repeatedly

Please let me know what I can do now.

    If it's booting over and over again, either something is causing it to restart, or we need to try reinsatlling the firmware on the unit. We can do a safe mode install by holding down the video select button when the unit powers up. The flash card with the firwmare should be inserted prior to powering it up.



    If you boot up the unit with no card inserted, does it still cycle?
