Problem with 3M touch screen

Hi,

I would like to please if you can hlep me with NEC 17" touch screen with 3M touch film. If posible connecting with HD1010 and with HD2000?

    Do you have a screen that's not working?



    Both brightsigns support touch over USB, and will work with screens that support a standard HID driver. Do you know if this 3M support has HID support?

    I am not sure but I think yes. Touch panel is connected wia USB but HD2000 not detect it.

    we have instaled our new 10 pcs HD1010 and we have still the same problem with detecting of 3M touch system on LCD. Do you think if is some way to acces?

    can you tell me the model #, part #, and serial # from the the display. The link you provided are for drivers. The brightsign has built in support for displays that support HID drivers. It's not clear from the website that this display does. If it doesn't, then drivers would need to be developed for that display.



    Both the HD2000 and the compacts models work with displays that support HID drivers.



    I don't know how long it would take to add support for that touchscreen.
