Shifted Image through BrightAuthor

I've got a 90 minute mpeg file that if put alone on the SD chip plays fine. Once I send it through BrightAuthor and a schedule, the image gets shifted up with a black bar just below the middle of the screen. The chip is formatted as NTSF because the file is almost 6 gigs. I'm in a tight time bind with a client. Can anyone help??

    Chet,



    I left you a voicemail as well. This sounds like a resolution problem. The display doesn't like the resolution the unit is set to. When you startup the unit with just content on the card, the unit queries the display and then picks a resolution from the list the monitor reported.



    So, if it works that way, we just need to pick a resolution the display supports.
