Generating Frame count/ SMPTE Timecode

Hi there,
Is it possible for the players to generate a frame count that would mimic the Pioneer industrial DVD players serial output?
Or alternatively generate SMPTE timecode.

We have a couple of attractions that we would like to convert to Roku boxes. One has Full HD and 5.1 sound.

    The player doesn't currently keep track of the frames played, so that information couldn't be output.



    I'm not familiar with a SMPTE timecode.



    What the unit could currently do is start a timer every time a video plays, and send information at different intervals. A customer script or a modification of the current autorun would be needed to accomplish this.
