No support - error with HD2000
I've opened two service tickets - the first has probably expired without any contact from the Roku staff. The second, which referenced the first and expressed some urgency, has also generated no response.
A client has a HD2000 that appears to be experiencing some problem. It does not complete its startup cycle, but rather hangs and the "control" light remains lit. From what I understand, the ROKU splash/firmware info is never displayed.
I need to get this unit up and running as soon as possible.
Any thoughts?
