HD 1010 Video Zone Stops Playing

I have an HD 1010 at the front of the office that I work in and have the zones separated into the following:

1 clock
3 image (two of which only have a single static image)
1 rss
1 video

My problem is that the video zone with play fine for a while and will then randomly not be playing anymore and only shows black. I have not seen it go to black so I am not sure if it goes to black at the end of a loop or if it goes to black in the middle of a loop. I do not have the mpeg 2 .ts video set to the exact specs of the video zone, but have it resizing it.

I use Final Cut Pro and exported the video through Compressor and I don't think the audio is mp3 but it has always played just fine.

I'm also using Bright Author to publish the files.

Anyone have any idea the video zone would go to black while the rest of them continue just fine?

    The same video will play over and over again, and then suddently stop? Please update to the 3.2 beta on our website, and confirm if the video still fails on that version.



    How long does it play before it fails?

    Yes. I only have one video that loops over and over. Usually we notice that it has stopped once we get to work in the morning, so usually it happens overnight but sometimes it stops during the day also. I'll have to restart the box to get it to play again.



    I'll update tomorrow and let you know what happens.



    Is it recommended to let it stay on constantly? Is it recomended to power down at night?

    You can leave it on all the time. Please update to firmware 3.2.61. We've added fixes for a number of different video problems we've come across.
