HD210 Random Turn-Off

Currently, we have two identical HD210 boxes running the exact same playlists and content and one of the units randomly turns the video black and stays in that current state. The two green status lights are active and no error lights. To resolve the issue you need to do a cold boot. We have performed a flash/reinstall of the firmware and the issue still happens. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks

    Are they being tested on the same displays? If not, can you swap the units and see if the problem follows the unit?

    We actually isolated it to another video component.
