Video Ghosting Issue

Hello, I am running the following: HD1010: Using Component Out Expansion Module: Using Digital Optical The HD1010 feeds a ZeeVee 170 HD Encoder/modulator I am getting the 'ghosting' from the HD1010 to the "right" of the image... The ZeeVee unit have built-in 'slides' that do not exhibit the 'ghosting'. Additionally, I have confirmed that the issue resides in the HD1010 by connecting it directly to a monitor. I have 6 identical set-ups exhibiting this issue. UPDATE: Just tried the VGA output and it doesn't exhibit the 'video ghosting'... Unfortunately, I can't use VGA in the final build-out. Any ideas? Thanks for the assistance Matt Loving Johnson Controls

    Matt,

Can you send me a picture of this ghosting? support@brightsign.biz

What resolution setting are you using from the brightsign?  So, this same ghosting happens when going direct to the display as well? Is this happening at 1080i? If you are using 1080, can you confirm it also happens at 720p? What firmware is on the brightsign?

    Hello Lyndon,

I can't send an actual....  but if use have a capital "T", the width of the vertical is the amount of ghosting to the right.

The resolution is Component: 1280x720x60P  The firmware is: 3.2.67 (Production)

The ghosting occurs when I go directly into the monitor and through the emcoder/modulator.

    VGA is clear...

    Any thoughts?

I don't know what could be causing this.

Can you test if the same thing happens at 1280 @50p and at @59.94p?
