HD1010 + Live Video Module VF100 -- No live video showing up

I'm having trouble getting any live video to show up through my HD1010 with the USB live video module (VF100). Here's a run down on my setup. -HD 1010 -HDMI -1920x1080x59.94i -No overscan To test, I have it set to a single full screen zone. The zone properties are set to composite and NTSC-M. My playlist has a single Live Video element in it. My edit menu preferences have the LiveVideo settings set to composite and NTSC-M. All that will show up is a black screen. I've tested my video feed with a monitor and tried several video feeds. I'm able to display a graphics no problem. The video module is plugged into the USB port and shows a red light. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Is there any documentation for the live video module?

THe red light means the driver hasn't loaded.

Can you confirm your unit is running 3.2.67 firmware or later?

Also, can you tighten the USB cord both on the brightsign and the module. Sometimes, it's loose. THe light should be green or it won't work.

Switched the USB cable out for another and it started working.

Now I'm noticing about a 4 second delay in live video going through this. Is there a way to cut some of this down? This is more delay than I can have in my facility.

I"m not sure what you mean by the delay. Are you also watching the video directly without going through the adapter on another screen nearby? I can't think of any way you can cut down on the time it takes to process the signal.
