HD1010 Daily Download Stopped Working



We have two HD1010 units playing a simple txt and RSS feed presentation that should update every 24 hours. Two days ago both units stopped getting the update. Lyndon, did you turn off my BrightSign Network account? These are remote locations and internet connection is working fine for all other computers at that location so the likelyhood of it being a connectivity problem is unlikely. Tried unplugging both units and restarting to no avail. Nothing else changed from one day to the next with anything on the local network.

    I don't turn off accounts, just turn them on. And, if it was a trial account, you would have received emails if it was near expiring. Can you send me an email at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e --> with the account info and I'll look it up. Also, if you're using the brightsign network with brightauthor, and you to go manage, status, and right-click on a unit under a group, and choose info, it will tell you if the activation status of the account is suspended.

    Ok, look like you're correct and that account expired. I'm extending the grace period on the units. Please contact me about the account.
