HD1010 Daily Download Stopped Working
We have two HD1010 units playing a simple txt and RSS feed presentation that should update every 24 hours. Two days ago both units stopped getting the update. Lyndon, did you turn off my BrightSign Network account? These are remote locations and internet connection is working fine for all other computers at that location so the likelyhood of it being a connectivity problem is unlikely. Tried unplugging both units and restarting to no avail. Nothing else changed from one day to the next with anything on the local network.
