published project gives error on 810

Hi, I'm trying to publish a simple project using brightauthor 2.0 and displaying on an 810. Initial state is set as a H264 TS file which plays fine on its own in the 810, but when I publish the project to a card it gives me the error light.

    what firmware version do you have on that card? Can you open the autorun.brs file on the flash card, and check the version number at the top?

    Can you zip up the files on the flash card, and send them to me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e -->? If it's a large project, please send all but the videos.

    I still need to know what firmware is on the brightsign. If you start it up with no flash card inserted, the firmware will be on the screen.

    It's firmware 3.1.73

    Please update to firmware 3.2.67.

    I updated the firmware but it still gives me an error, I sent the project files to the support email.
