No HDMI output
HI We have been having problems with the HDMI output on many Roku players (210 and 1010s) we ordered about 20ish Rokus (mixture of 210 and 1010s) of that at least 6 of them fail to output signals via HDMI to our monitors (HPLP2475W) The faulty rokus all output to VGA (no longer a option as we have run HDMI thru the walls) All the monitors work with other sources (ie satellite TV) and the other non faulty rokus. they are all running firmware 3.2.67 (i have tried a copy of 3.2.84 that lyndon sent me to resolve a previous problem) we have tried a range of scripts from both bright author and previous autoplay scripts Lyndon has sent me. we have tried a range of resolutions and frame rates that both the monitor and roku support (ie 1920x1080px25) we do not get the brightsign logo at all or any other image (via hdmi) we do however get sound when playing a video clip some of them may have work with HDMI to begin with (but this can not be confirmed as we have been swapping them around doing tests) our company has installed many rokus (upwards of 100) in the past years without a single faulty unit now. is there something we are missing? or have others been having this problem? our exhibition is due to open in one week so we are in urgent need of a resolution.
