HD210 Multiple People Updating?

We currently have 2 BrightSign HD210 Media Players used for Physician Information Boards. Currently a person in the PR department gets the content from Pharmacy, and Medical Staff Office and posts the updates along with any content from PR. The PR director would like the individual departments (Pharmacy and Medical Staff Office) to update their respective areas(the display is split into 3 zones). I can't figure any way this would work without them stepping on each others updates. Any ideas????

    Are you updating through a brightsign network account, or using a webserver?

    Currently we are updating by SD Card but are in the process of setting Simple File Networking to a WebServer.  Would a Brightsign Network Account work better?  What would be the approx cost for 2 HD210's on aNetwork Account?

    Using a BSN account, the cost would be $99 each per year.

    How will using a BSN account make it easier to update different sections of the project by multiple people work?  I will suggest this as a solution but I will ned to explain how it can work to resolve their issue.
