Playing video from external hard drive

Hi, I have a full length movie at full HD resolution, and because the file size is over 20GB, I would like to play it from external hard drive. I'm using BrightSign HD810 & a WD my passport 320GB connected via powered USB Hub (for not drawing power from the BrightSign unit) I used the BrightAuthor for making a full screen presentation (same as what I do for playing video from a SD card) and had all files on the mean root of the hard drive. Then connecting the hard drive to the unit and powered it. After a while, that nothing was happening, the Err. Red Light on unit came on. I tried to do the same with a working presentation I have (one that I played from a SD card) and the same happened. The only way I could play video from the external hard drive on the brightSign unit was with no presentation. Because I would like to schedule it, I need to play it using presentation. It would be really nice to have an Instruction for using external hard drive with BrightSign units. Thanks,

The problem is we don't support writing to ntfs, and the brightauthor project attempts to copy a file at a startup. Please download brightauthor 2.2, and use the custom autorun linked below. This autorun script doesn't try to do the copy. You'll need firmware 3.3.x to use brightauthor 2.2.

This brightauthor 2.2. custom autorun will allow you to publish and use a project on an ntfs formatted drive.

    Thanks,

I installed BrighAuthor 2.2 and when I try to browse to the folder with the video file I get this Err box.

Do you have any idea what is the problem? I'm working with WIN 7 professional on HP workstation.
