Help! BS 210

Hello, My BS 210 keeps getting stuck trying to send traffic to 64.59.5.98. I don't think that this is the time server. I recently upgraded to the new firmware and am using BrightAuthor 2.0 with Simple File Networking. Any ideas why the unit is calling to this IP address? The unit is currently stuck. I've tried everything. Thanks, Will

    Are you sure that's the brightsign? I find that specific IP address mentioned in several other places when I google it.

    Is the red error light on the brightsign flashing? If so, how many times?

    When you say it's stuck, there's no video on the screen? is the bsy light flashing?
    How are you connected to the display?

    If you power up with no flash card, do you get red lights, or do you get any output to the screen?

    There are no error lights.  The traffic on the network is coming from the Bright Sign Unit (Mac Address: 00-0D-4B-42-05-09).  Do you think that someone could have put malware on there or something?

    No, no malware. The box is pretty locked up.
    The unit has no open ports or servers for anyone to connect to.
