Play one video with diferent audios

Hi all, I have to play with GPIO buttons one video with 5 different languages. One way is save in SD 5 times the same video multiplex with its audio but, is there any way to save in SD one video only and link with its audio depending on the button you push? Thanks in advance, Rubén.

You can create 5 different videos, or one video, and 5 audio mp3s.

Yes, I want to use the 5 mp3 audios but I don't know how I can play video+audio if they aren't in one file.
This is just what I want. Can you help me?

    Thanks,
     Rubén.

Hi Lyndon, sorry if I insist but I need to complete this project. Is there any way to playback audio + video in two different files at once?
    Thanks,
     Rubén.

You can play a video with audio, aning. d then play a separate audio file at the same time. You can do this via scripting.

I need to do one video presentation, with 4 different language options, on a touch screen. Each time a different language is selected, the presentation must start again in sync with the selected language audio. If it pays thru to the end, it must revert back to the beginning with the 1st language option as audio.

I am using the HD1010w and BS version 4.4.44 with BA 3.5.0.24

Can someone help in laymans terms

    Thanks

Lyle, 4.4.44 firmware version isn't compatible with the HD1010w. Please double check the model and the firmware version of your brightsign unit.

I've replied to your ticket. I'm resending the answer to this thread as well.

You can drag and drop 4 audio files (mp3) to the audio zone, then drag and drop 1 video file to the video zone 4 times, thus you have 4 copies of a video file in the video zone. In the video zone use the rectangular touch event to draw the connections between the initial state and your video files.

You need to use zone message feature to synchronize content across the zones.

Double click on the touch event in playlist, go to advanced, add command, link, send zone message, set a unique name for a zone message, click OK. Repeat these steps with the rest touch events in playlist.

Then, use the media end event to draw the connections from video files back to initial state.
Attach the zone messages to the media end events as well.

In audio zone you start the playlist from a silent audio track or event handler. Event handler is located under Media Library - other (simply drag and drop it to a playlist area). Then, use the zone message event to draw the connections from the initial state (silent audio or event handler) to your audio files. The names of the zone messages should match with those that you use in the video zone (send zone message commands). Click on zone message event and draw the connections from audio files to initial state.

I'm including a sample presentation file below. It was created in BA3.5.0.24.

    Notes:
    1) This kind of project could lead to the lip sync issues. Audio files may not be perfectly synced with video files.
    2) You can't drive the sound from audio zone and the sound from video zone through the same audio output of the brightsign unit. Set the audio output in the video zone to hdmi, and use analog output in the audio zone, or vice versa. But the audio outputs in video and audio zones can't be the same. You can set the audio output settings for different zones by clicking on Zone Properties button.

If this kind of synchronization doesn't suit you, you need to embed audio in video and play video files with different audio streams on the unit. This FAQ talks about the video formats and codecs which are supported by the brightsign players:

Take a look at this forum thread. It contains some tips on how to use Zone Message and Link Zones features. There are sample presentations in this thread as well.
