Expander Sync

Hello I have problems getting the EM 100 to properly play audio files in sync. Lyndon provided a sample script here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3480052/Misc/Expander/Expander-1audio-2audio-gpionboard.brs Unfortunately this is not working for me. I tried to play one file on two expander outputs and the playback is way out of sync. As suggested I have some seconds of silence at the beginning of the file. Did anyone get this to work properly? BrightSign HD1010, Firmware Version 3.3.78, no BrightAuthor stereo mp3 @ 48.000 kHz, 128 kBit/s thanks

The only way I've seen this work is to pad silence at the beginning of the files.

Thank you for your answer.
You mean to add silence in front of one file to make it sync with the other?
It will be quite a challenge to find out how much exactly the second file is delayed.
Or is it always the same and you can tell me how much?
