BrightSign Network uploading error

Hello, I keep getting this upload error when I try to load a simple presentation to the BrightSign Network. I have tried three times and have received this error every time. Is there a file size limit on uploads or something?

  I am getting the same error on Windows 7 uploading presentation to BSNetwork

  What was the biggest media file size in the presentation you were uploading?  I can upload presentations that contain the example images and video from the quick start kit but Ive had no luck uploading hi res video files at larger sizes like 200mb to 90mb.

  there are no videos in the stuff that i am trying to upload.  just jpgs.

  I was able to speak with BrightSign and was told that the problem that I had an old version of BrightAuthor Installed.  If using v2.0, the right version is 2.0.0.44.  If using 2.2, the right version is 2.2.0.37
