dopublicity Content Service

I found this while surfing today: http://www.dopublicity.com/Digital-Signage-Software.aspx

 

 It looks like this service offers some pretty decent content. However, it appears you have to use their software/hardware set up to access the content. I'm pretty new to the BrightSign world after switching from Scala Player/Designer after years.

Can someone with a better eye tell me if dopublicity could be a viable content provider for us?

  You can use the doPublicity software on any windows PC, you don't have to use the hardware that is listed on the site.

  Thanks for the info. Can doPublicity content be used with BrightAuthor, though? I know that some providers like Signchannel can push their content through BrightAuthor via widgets. Is this also the case with doPublicity? I don't want to switch platforms if I can avoid it.

  If the content can be delivered using a media rss feed, then we can use it.
  
  You can also use a service like feedyourscreen.com.
