Resolution Settings

Hi, I am using the 810 and 1010 units to drive LED screens. In general it works a treat however, unlike LCD and plasma, the resolution for LED screens is much lower and most LED screen controllers have a default setting of 1024 x 768. In the BA software the only option for this is at 75p (75 hzt) refresh. Any chance to get this at 50/60. Main reason is when we run though HDMI splitters many of them are set to run st 50/60 not at 75. We have come across this issue with a couple of installs and would be great if there was a simple solution (not to just buy different splitters etc). the refresh rate of the LED card is no problem.

    Unfortunately, there are gaps in what our pixel clock can support, and 1024x768 @ 60 is one of the resolutions we can't do.

    Ok thanks for the update. A pity though. Any plans or possible ways to address this in the future?

    It would come in the form of the next generation unit. It's not something that can change on the current hardware.
