pc shutdown

Anyone knows if could be possible to shutdown a pc with a HD1010? Maybe by RS232?, by UDP commands? Anyone has any idea of how could i do it? Txs

    I don't know what program you can use. But, the brightsign can send commands over udp or over serial.

    As i can see, the WOL uses UDP commands, so I think it´s possible to wake up a PC, but I can´t find any software wich shutdown it wit an UDP or RS232 command,,,
