Time server

My client needs to remove all Brightsigns from his LAN to comply with credit card security issues etc. After we migrate to a stand alone LAN with no internet connectivity, how do I implement a simple time server using a dedicated PC running "windows XP" 1 Can you recommend software 1 either NTP or HTTP seeing as how the new firmware supports HTTP.

  I can't think of any time servers as the moment that you could just run on the local pc. I'll ask around.
