D=-7

We are setting up a system at a customer's site and having trouble. When I checked the log it showed:

http://204.76.206.142/A-ZONE/current-sync.xml
D=-7

These 2 lines are in the log over and over. The unit is set up with simple networking and the host computer has a folder shared with IIS. This same setup worked fine here at my location. The only changes made were IP addresses. I am wondering if their network is blocking access but I can't find any information about what D=-7 means.

    This is from the object reference guide...so the unit couldn't connect to that file. Is the IP of the unit different or the IP of the server? And, if you manually assigned, did you change the broadcast address as well?
