No logo, no video, nada.

OK, This doesn't seem like it should be tricky. Plug it into the HDMI output on the box and the input on the TV. Select the correct input and the logo should appear. I'm not getting anything.

Am I missing something? I've tried to set up a card with the autorun demos, but since I can't even get to the logo, I have a more fundamental problem.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

  BTW, this is an HD410.  I've now tried both the HDMI and the VGA outputs.

  I have also now tried running the demos and I've tried updating the firmware.  I get nothing but a solid green power light.  Not so much as a flicker from any other lights.  
  
  
  
  I'm beginning to think this unit is DOA.

  I just sent you an email. You can reach me directly at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:lallydice@roku.com">lallydice@roku.com</a><!-- e -->. It is odd that the logo isn't showing when you boot with no flash card inserted.
  
  
  
  Can you copy a couple jpegs to the flash card, and bootup, and see if anything shows onscreen over vga?
  
  
  
  Can you go to brightsign.biz/support/softwaredownloads and get the firmware posted on the site? Unzip it to a flash card, with the firmware file in the root of the card, and power up the unit with that card. If the unit is running, you should see the orange upd light come on.
