HD410 - Problem with GPIO outputs

I am having a problem getting the GPIO outputs to work on an HD410. The button inputs work fine on GPIOs 0-3, but no action on the outputs. I am assuming, from the schematic of the button board, that they are pulled low when an output is active. They are staying at 3v3 at all times. I have attached my autorun.csv contents.

Thanks,
-Mac

Are you using the button board or do you have the outputs connected to lighting or an external device?

If you're using the button board, there are jumpers on the board that you have to move to set the appropriate gpios as output. Please also copy support@brightsign.biz.

There are leds with 100 ohm series resistors connected between +3v3 (anode end) and the GPIO output pins (4-7). I need to try a config with more than 4 buttons to see if the GPIO pins are still actually inputs, will try that this weekend if possible, Monday for sure.

Try using the GPIOENABLE commands one per row. So,

    GPIOENABLEOUTPUT 4

    GPIOENABLEOUTPUT 5

I have tried the changes you suggested. No outputs. If I append the string ":gpio(#)" with # being a digit in the range 4-7 to the name of the .BMP or .TS defining the STATE, the item thus appended no longer functions, either from a button press or being called from a timeout. Frustrating.

If you have any insights, I'd appreciate them. At this point we're having to deliver to a customer a display in which the buttons don't light up and the attract slides snap from one to the next rather than fading as specified.

can you send me your csv file via email, at support@brightsign.biz.? I'll test it on my unit.
