FTPing the 1010

Hello,

Can I FTP into the 1010? I have tried "Simple Networking" but it is kind of long and drawn out. The ability to FTP into 1010 would improve development workflow.

    You cannot currently ftp into the unit. Are you currently using the BrightAuthor beta software?



    We are looking into adding a server to the box in the future.

    I just found this thread and noticed it is nearly a year old.  Has there been any change in status regarding FTP on board the HD1010?

    I am interested in that as well.

    No ftp support currently.

    Brightauthor 2.1, along with a 3.3 firmware release, will allow direct publishing to units on a local network using brightauthor. But, no ftp.

    Brightauthor 2.1, along with a 3.3 firmware release, will allow direct publishing to units on a local network using brightauthor. When is this going to be available? Publishing straight to the card would sort out some webserver issues at Broadclyst School. Is there any chance of a beta version?

    I really like to have the 2.1 beta version of Brightauthor too so I can test out the pause play function.
