Hi, I running the Brightsign Network Manager internally.
I having problems in getting the presentations to work.

It had worked previously, but the different effects would not work.
Currently not working at all.

I'm generating the presentation and bsp via the network software.
I've also updated to latest software

How does the HD210 know what time it is. Does it get information from time server internally(behind firewall) or externally
The unit admin allows a setting to PST

  When you say it's not working at all, is there an error light on the unit? Does your display support 1080p? Not all 1080 displays support 1080 progressive.
  
  
  
  If you try a 720p or 1080i setting, does it still fail?
  
  
  
  For the time, the unit will set the time over the network. The timezone can be set using brightsign network manager, or you can manually set the date and time. I can send you a modified autorun tha lets you set the date and time from your playlist.

  no error light, there has been box activity-rightside green light
  
  I have tried , 1080i and 720 setting. Still fails to image.
  
  The display seems to have a very low level illunination,
  
  checked display with another device, display is fine.
  
  
  
  Today I reloaded the software update v3.1.46
  
  I inserted original SD HDMI card, disconnected box from network connection
  
  The box showed activity, blinking green on right,
  
  later blinked 3 red on the left. This happened several times.
  
  Still no image.

  The original SD card doesn't include an autorun file on it, so once the unit has been used with brightsign network manager, it would need that autorun or the unit just goes into recovery mode which causes the 3 red flashes.
  
  
  
  What's the resolution of the three images that you're trying to play?
  
  
  
  Can you download the autorun that's on our website, on the same page where you grabbed the firmware, and copy it to the flash card with some images. Please make sure the images are no larger than 1920x1080.

  Thanks, I checked file sizes and loaded the bsp to card.
  
  It is working fine now. Image size was probably the culprit.
