1010 Has Locked Up...

Hello,

My 1010 has locked up... It won't boot from SD or USB. When a USB Drive is placed in port, it doesn't light up at all. I tried booting with the Demo SD cards and they didn't work either. The power light does come on though.

    If you boot without a flash card, does it display the firmware version on the screen?



    That would tell us it's booting.



    If you just copy some jpegs to the flash card, does it bootup with the power light on? On the screen, is it just black? Which video output are you using?



    When you power up the unit, does the red err light flash? If yes, how many times?
