Not able to connect to Brightsign Network Manager

We have a HD210 and have set up the networking and tried several times to get the unit to talk to our brightsign network manager account and it is not connecting.

In your BNM account, under reports, is there an entry with a last time connected?

If you put just a standard presentation on the unit, with the date or time listed, is the date listed? Is the time present, or is the time all 8's?

After you copy the setup files to the flash card, and boot the unit, what's in the root of the flash card after you try to download content? What's in the pool folder?

Either the unit is connecting, but can't complete the download, or it's not connecting.

The time and date work fine.

not sure we tried a different route by creating our own web folder and that worked fine. It connected to our web folder and we were able to publish using Bright Author.

    Ok,

Does that mean you aren't testing with BNM for the moment? If the unit is able to get the date and time, and can display an RSS feed, then it should be able to call into the BNM server.

But, the fact that no entry is under reports showing a connection indicates that the unit didn't make it to the server.
