Hello,

We wanted to know if it is possible to update the signs with a live data stream yet?

We would like to create something similar to an Gate Arrival sign which will be updated via the API.

    It depends on what you mean by a live data stream. The brightsigns currently pull data.



    I worked on a project where the units pulled down an xml file from a server every x number of seconds and updated information on the screen. This was a custom script where each field/line on the screen was a separate text box.



    IN this example, the title of each entry in the xml file was used for a setting, like the color of the text box, and data to be changed in the field was in the description.

    Such customization directly in the main autorun isn't needed anymore. You can use the plug feature in ba 3.4 and 3.5 to customize processing of xml files.
