I have the Sync downloading from a http server with no problems. I can update the http and the content shows up on the hd2000 unit.
I do have a concern I am hoping you have a solution for....
The screen keeps freezing (randomly). I can reboot the unit and it will run its cycle for quite some time, then it will freeze (sometimes 10 mins upto 3 hrs).
Question #1 - What could cause the random freezing - I dont believe its the content due to it works for several cycles then freezes
Questions #2 - Could a faulty powersupply or SD card cause this? I will attempt to test on other units to see if I have the same results.
Questions #3 -In the code (eg. autoschedule.txt, autorun.bas, etc) can I put a reboot the unit command, if so, where and what commands. How can I schedule the reboot.
Question #4 - Would error logging tell me why it is freezing. Please remind me where to turn that on.
I can send my files if you would like.
Thanks
Jon

I have been looking into this error in more detail.
I have noticed the unit is freezing on a paticular slide the majority of the time.... however the unit will play this slide several times before it freezes.
I'm starting to believe the error is in my code - I believe the freeze is based on time or the completion of a script. However I can not see my error.
Attached is a link to a downloadable zip file: I have removed my images and pool folder to ensure the file size is smaller.
If someone can take sometime to help me, I would be very happy.
Thanks

How big are your images? I know images over 1920x1080 are problematic.

The images are 1920 x 900.
The images have successfully been used through brightsign network manager however they are failing when used with SyncSpecCreator.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I can't think of why there would be a difference.
If you open the autorun files on the flash card, you can enable debug mode by setting debug = TRUE. There's also loggingon setting near the top of the autorun that you can set to TRUE. THis will create a log.txt file that will hopefully tell us what's happening.
