Default Resolution?

Is there any way to change the default resolution from 1024x768 to something else? I would like media files to play automatically at the root level of an sd card but not at 1024x768 and w/oout any script/txt file. Can you run a script to change the default so that SD cards placed in the player thereafter for auto playing output at a different default? Some other way maybe? Thank you, Bruce

    The unit doesn't always default to 1024. It queries the display, and if the display doesn't respond, or if that's the only common resolution they have, then that's how the unit ends up at that setting.

    You can load your own script into memory to force a specific setting. So, we could modify the standar autorun to set a v ideo mode always to one setting. But, if for some reason the display the unit was connected to didn't like that setting, you'd be out of luck. You would have to put an autorun on the flash card to ovveride what's in memory.

    Or, change the script in memory again.
