Newbie Help: synch'd HD videos

hi all i'm expecting 2x HD210 units in the mail tomorrow to use in a video installation in our gallery. each unit will be playing a short HD video (not sure if it is 1080i or 1080p but they are 1920x1080, h.264 quicktime mov files i believe) and they need to play in sync. they are each 90 seconds long, and they are 1GB in size. is there anyone who can help me with a basic script to accomplish this? i know there are demos for looping videos, but not for synch'ing multiple videos. i'm downloading the demos now, and also the QuickStart Kit, but i want to be able to get up and running as fast as possible also - if you could look this list over i just want to make sure i have everything required: to publish: 1. a PC with BrightAuthor installed 2. 2x SD cards (level 6 or better) 3. an SD card reader to run: 1. a host PC with BrightSign Network Manager installed (??) - the QuickStart Guide says i need to write <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e --> to get help with this.... 2. 2x HD210's 3. 2x SD cards 4. ethernet connectivity thanks in advance for your help bob

    I'm also trying to put together a 3-screen video with brightauthor, but the synchronize button is grayed out.  Am I doing something wrong?

    The synchronize button is for the slave unit receiving, and you'd use the advanced command on the master to do a send using synchronize.

    The synchronize command works over UDP, so if you have a brightsign that doesn't have ethernet, it won't be an option. Or, if you accidentally selected a brightsign model when you started the project that doesn't have ethernet, you wouldn't have that as an option.
