HD1010 Touch & Time out event not working properly HELP!

I'm using an HD1010 v3.2.67. I've setup an interactive so it scrolls through 5 pictures with transitions and then shows the main screen with street names. When the user touches the main screen it brings up the sub-screen with information on it. I can get the back touch button to work fine to go back to the main screen but if I add a timeout event of 30 seconds the timeout event overrides the back touch button. I need it to be able to bring up the sub-screen and if no activity within 30 seconds go back to the main screen to prevent screen burn. The project is due by this afternoon! PLEASE HELP ASAP! I like the new interface with Bright Author but I also miss the editing of the playlist file. Maybe I'm not creating them in the proper order or something....

    Alan,

I called but didn't reach you.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. If you add a timeout, then it will take priority if the timeout is reached before a button is pressed. IS the timeout occuring too fast? If that's the case, you can open the timeout icon, and change the value.

    Lyndon,
No the timeout works fine but doesn't allow you to do the touch command.  Anotherwords the image will do either or and not both for some reason.  I was expecting it to allow me to touch the screen to go back or if there wasn't any activity to go back to the previous image.  It doesn't seem to work.  The odd thing is that it works on the previous image.  I could send you the BSF file if you want to help you better understand my problem.  I've been working on the project so that's probably why you didn't get in touch with me.  I work from 7:30am-4:00pm EST.

    Thanks,
    Alan
