Issues with HD810 player.

I purchased a BrightSign HD810 player recently and have been having a few issues with it. Firstly, I can't turn the X Y flip off. I've used BrightAuthor to make my interactive project, and I've unchecked the flip option, but still no dice. Also, on my attract screen, there's an X shaped cursor visible. Any suggestions on how to solve these issues? Also, I downloaded the calibration file from the BrightSign documents page, placed it on a card, ran it through the player, and now, my cursor is locked to the outer perimeters of my touchscreen. I've reset the player by holding in the reset button, but still no dice. Anything I can do to hard reset the player back to factory defaults? I've already hooked up a laptop to the touchscreen, and the calibration is fine, so it must be something within the player. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks!

To disable the cursor. You can go to c:/program files/brightsign/brightauthor/templates and copy autxml.brs to your desktop. You can then open this master script with any text editor and search for enablecursor. there are two entries, one true and one false. Set both to false. Back at the top of your autorun file, set the custom autorun version to a different number so you know the file is different. You can also rename the custom autorun file. This video shows you how to use a custom autorun.

I haven't heard of this problem before but the calibration script saves the calibration information in the registry. Try the following script to delete all registry entries.

    Clean All Registry
