BrightSign Network Manager issues

Hello all, I'm having difficulties with uploading an updated/changed autoplay.bsp back to BrightSign Network Manager. After downloading it (I'm running on a Mac, and it downloaded it as "autoplay.bsp.txt"), I removed one file from the script, renamed it "autoplay.bsp" and tried uploading it back to Network Manager. However, upon clicking the upload button I am prompted with this message: "http://brightsignnetworkmanager.com Wrong File." I cannot for the life of me figure it out, and this presentation goes to about 9 different boxes around our campus. Any help would be much appreciated as the User Guide(s) have been of little use.   Which brightsigns are you using by the way?
  
  Is there a reason you're editing the playlist manually vs making the change on the brightsign network manager site? was it a custom playlist to start with?
  
  Which web browser are you using? And, you used the upload custom playlist option? Have you done it this way before?

  I'm changing it manually because when I tried to remove a certain mpeg from the presentation (the same one I obviously removed from the script manually) and then tried to implement it I would get the following prompt:
  "Unable to publish SyncList. The following files are referenced and must be added to the SyncList: xxxx.mpg."
  
  The guy who set up our Roku devices and the subsequent Network Manager was let go rather recently, so I've taken over.  Thus, I am still learning the ins and outs of the device and the Manager.
  
  I am using Safari, and yes, I used the "upload custom playlist" option.

If you manually edit the autoplay.bsp, and upload it, you'll need to manually remove or add those files to the presentation in your account. TO make changes to a project, you need to either cancel the presentation so it's not scheduled, or you need to make a copy of the presentation, by doing and save as.....and then make changes to the copy.
