correct video format and extension

Hello, I'm new. I've a problem, I should make a video for my friends for his hd410, the video is 3dsmax 3d video, the resolution is 1024x768, now i should mounth the video in premiere butI do not know what the correct format to export. I can not have in my office for testing the hd410 my friend is not familiar with computers for testing. I should to export in h.264 for better quality. Thanks

    Please see this document. You can use h.264 transport streams. We don't support mov containers yet. But, if you have an h.264 that is an mov, you can use a program like tsmuxer or vlc media player to change it to a ts without re-encoding.
