HD 210 not working

I have a new HD 210 that will not read the sd card. I have the others up and working but this will not work. i have try ed other cards that work in the other ones

    is this over hdmi or vga? With no card, does the unit show the version info on your screen?

    Yes it will show the s/n and mac. on hdmi and vga but with a card in there in act as if there is a config error but i know its not because all the units have the same firmware and as stated before i can take a car  from a known working one and it works

    If you just put in a card with an image on it, you get the red error light flashing? Or, nothing happens? I need more details. I assume you've tried a different flash card and different content?

    Yes did do that the content is local on the sdcard it not pulling from a smb or the net. the the issues im not even getting a ant other lights than the PWR one. You know when it booting up it the flash BSY but im not even getting that. I try a can card with a bad config that pulls from the net. and it will flash red on the others but not on this one.
