Multiple users updating via Simple Networking

We've purchased an HD210 for use at our main Fire Station. I have trained the secretary on how to create and upload slides via simple file networking. The Chief has said that he'd also like to be able to add info to the box. Can multiple users send info to one box? FYI, we aren't scheduling anything (info loops 24/7). I just don't want the Chief to upload a slide presentation, and then the secetary overwrite it. Thanks!

Is it images he wants to send to the box? And, does the box have internet access?

One thing you could do is add a media rss feed to the playlist, and let the chief add content to the media rss feed. That way, he wouldn't need to use brightauthor. he could upload images to the feed, and the brightsign would download the latest images from the mrss feed.  As long as the admin didn't remove the mrss link from the brightauthor project, the Chief's content would display on the screen.

Thanks for the info.  Currently, we are only using PowerPoint presentations (exported as images) on the box.  Both the Chief & secretary are in the main fire station with internet / network access.  We eventually plan on rolling out a Brightsign box to all 5 stations.  I have no experience with RSS feeds, so I will look into that.  I guess my ultimate question was, is the Bright Author software designed to be used by one person, or can mutiple "authors" upload content to the box?   Thanks!
